My head has been spinning since 9am after i was fucked about at work , i think my head is about to explode , does anyone else get this inflated head feeling ? my blood pressure must be sky high

I recently went through the BP ordeal - plapatations etc.
Chest x-ray, wore a 24hr monitor and gave blood to a vampire nurse. It cleared after about 14 days and the results from the monitor showed it dropping slowly too. Things like being tired or a virus being blamed.
I stopped drinking midweek, also dont have red bulls at 545am anymore!

Goto your doctor and get it checked (nipped in the bud easier than a head explosion!!)

A lot of our drivers used chinese herbal remedies , although i don't know if they are legal over here .

chinese medicines ok but i think you have to go to a professional though,just because it's natural doesn't mean its any less lethal. if i could afford it i'd go for it, as the dorks i've come across in what passes for doctors here HA! consistency being the watchword

If your under 45, try and clear it naturally instead of remedies from the Doctor or other!

Diet and exercise (walking for 25 mins).
