Hello mattdevon.
What to expect, well there will probably quite a few of you round a table and it will be a meet and greet session and probably a quick maths test and you may be asked to read a fare table. But apart from that there is nothing to worry about, you certainly won`t be driving a bus straight off.

Some places they give you a driving assessment, but that's not everywhere. Be prepared for one though, just in case. Unless you already have a PCV license any assessment you have will probably be in a company van or car.
When I had a driving assessment once they took me out in the dirty fitters van. It reeked of oil and there was something sloshing about in the back!

Good luck mate, let us know how you get on.
As for what to wear, just make it smart casual i wouldn`t bother with a suit, they might think you are applying for a managers job :D

You will get a basic interview and a maths test but dont worry about that unless they have changed the test everyone gets the same one wrong  it was something about they gave you the price of an adult fare and you had to work out the price of a half fare and rounding the answer up or something. If they are really desperate for drivers you will get a drugs test there and then, they apply a spot of water to your forehead and wipe a strip across it and it gives them the result, if not you will get a further appointment for a medical. and I would were a suit looks better, and if you have a pcv licence take it with you.

What depot is it at ?

Good luck anyway they are a good company to work for.
